Postage & packing

We have a flat rate postage of £2.95 on you complete order.  At this moment in time, our shopping cart is only set up for UK deliveries.  If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please e-mail your requirements to us at sales@neatideas.tv we will then let you know the delivery charge, if this is acceptable, you can make your payment over the phone or we can send you a paypal invoice for payment on the internet.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by either Interlink, Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size and weight of your order.  Your goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared in our account and will be with you within 7 days.
